J. Nadon, L. Fetterly, & EAs & SERTs @ HCC

Every week we celebrate SMCDSB staff members whom a parent, student, or colleague has recognized.
This week we celebrate Jennifer Nadon, a teacher at St.
Marie of the Incarnation Catholic School. Jennifer was nominated by a colleague, who said:
“Ms. Nadon inspires a love of science in primary students at St. Marie of the Incarnation. She uses terminology and live experiments through her twin Dr. Nadon to engage students in STEM learning. Science is fun with Ms. Nadon.”
This week we also celebrate Linda Fetterly, an educational assistant (EA) at St. Peter the Apostle Catholic School. Linda was nominated by a colleague, who said:
“Linda is a dedicated EA at our school - she has exceptional commitment and unwavering dedication to our students and education community. Linda goes above and beyond, setting an inspiring example for all of our staff. Linda is kind and fun and always finds new ways to engage with our students. She consistently places the needs and well-being of our students at the forefront while being able to adapt to changing educational needs.”
Finally, we celebrate all of the Educational Assistants
(EAs) and Special Education Resource Teachers (SERTs) at Holy Cross Catholic School. They were nominated by colleagues who said:
“I would like to nominate all Holy Cross EAs and SERTs. They always have a smile on their faces and dedicate their time to helping students succeed in all areas of education. They go above and beyond the normal requirements of their job. These ladies are a big part of the Holy Cross family and we are beyond lucky to have them with us here every day.”
“I have chosen to nominate the Spec Ed department. This team and their ability to adapt to challenges and innovate in various situations showcases their versatility and commitment to success. They are truly exceptional, consistently exceeding expectations and demonstrating unparalleled dedication. The exceptional qualities and remarkable achievements of this team continue to make them a driving force at Holy Cross.”
