Transcript Requests

Transcript Office 

Beginning August 21, 2023 until July 4, 2024, students can order a copy of their transcript from the last high school they attended.

Please note: Students who have applied through Ontario College Application Services (OCAS), DO NOT need to request their transcript through the SMCDSB. The request for a transcript is made directly in your OCAS application.

Students who have applied through Ontario Universities Application Centre (OUAC) still need to order a transcript from the last high school attended.
