Welcome to Catholic School at the Simcoe Muskoka Catholic District School Board.

All new students to the Simcoe Muskoka Catholic District School Board must submit a registration package to the school they will be attending.

We invite parents/guardians to complete your child's registration online using our Online Student Registration Application. Please note that you will still need to bring required documentation to the school to complete registration.

For those unable to apply online, please complete our Universal Student Registration Form (fillable PDF format). Please note you need to download the form first and open with Adobe. You will need to print the completed form and return it to the school.

We will also require additional information and documentation to complete the registration process. You can find a list of required documents below. We have also provided answers to other frequently asked questions.
