Blessing St. Charles with the BishopLast Friday, November 3rd, marked a significant milestone in the history of St. Charles Catholic School in Bradford as the school celebrated its official opening and school blessing. The event had the entire school buzzing with Crusader pride.

Principal Mrs. Medve-Racine welcomed many special guests and proud families to the newly constructed school. Students and staff were also excited to showcase their new school and participate in the celebration. Teacher Russ Clayton lead the school choir in the singing of their school song and students provided memorabilia and artwork for a time capsule.

St. Charles has been a fixture in the Bradford community for more than six decades. Fast-forward to the present day, and St. Charles Catholic School continues to welcome families and students eager for an education rooted in the Gospel. The new school accommodates a vibrant community of 482 students.

The official school opening and blessing at St. Charles was not just a celebration of bricks and mortar; it was a celebration of faith-filled learning, and an opportunity to reinforce the already strong relationships between school, home, and the parish.
