Every week, we celebrate SMCDSB staff members who a parent, student, or colleague recognizes.

This week, we celebrate Stephanie Santana, a pathway  teacher at Academic Services. Stephanie was nominated by a parent who said:

“She went above and beyond for my son. Very patient and understanding. Thank god for the SAL program. It helps kids like my son; I just can’t describe how great she and the program are. Thanks so much, Stephanie.”

This week, we are also celebrating Jennifer Tower, a Patrick Fogarty Catholic Secondary School custodian. Jennifer was nominated by a student who said:

“Every time I see Jenn, she always says hi to me and smiles. Jenn always puts the students before herself. As part of PF's student council, I have seen Jenn go above and beyond for our school. We are constantly asking for help from Jenn, and she is always willing to help no matter the situation. Jenn lights up every room she enters, and every school needs its own Jenn! PF is lucky to have her.”
