Celebrating Staff LogoEvery week, we celebrate SMCDSB staff members who a parent, student, or colleague recognizes.

This week, we celebrate Natalie D’Agnillo, a Monsignor Natalie D'Agnillo Lee Catholic School teacher. Natalie was nominated by two colleagues who said:

“Mrs. D’Agnillo is a teacher who embodies the true essence of care and compassion. She is deeply loving and considerate, always listening to her students' concerns and offering support when needed. Her actions are a living testament to Catholic values—she teaches kindness, respect, and service to others, helping her students grow intellectually and spiritually. She guides her students through academic challenges and personal growth with a gentle, quiet leadership style. Her positive presence is felt by staff as well as students. She has a warm smile and a listening ear for everyone she encounters. She leads with an unassuming positive attitude, is a mentor to staff, and is a joy to collaborate with. It is an honour to work with Mrs. D’Agnillo and witness her light of love's impact on all around. We are truly blessed at Monsignor Lee.”

Christine McCauleyThis week, we are also celebrating Christine McCauley, a St. Dominic Catholic Secondary School teacher. Christine was nominated by a colleague who said:

“Christine McCauley is an exceptional individual whose dedication ensures every St. Dominic student has the tools and support they need to succeed. From coordinating essential services, guiding students toward the right academic and extracurricular paths, coaching sports, and offering her undivided attention, Christine goes above and beyond in every aspect. Her selflessness and commitment make her an invaluable asset to the high school community.”

We thank Natalie and Christine for their commitment to Catholic education at our board.
