Summer Mental Health Services

Summer Mental Health Services
Posted on 07/13/2020
The school closures we just experienced as well as the uncertainties about returning to school in September are impacting the emotional well-being of some students.

Our psychologists, social workers and psychotherapists are available to provide support or make referrals to other agencies throughout July and August. Counselling services are geared towards students and families who are concerned about learning and school in this COVID-19 environment, including elevated anxiety, engagement in learning and adjusting to the current reality. Counselling services are provided virtually through a secure platform.

Please complete the Summer Mental Health Support Form to request counselling or consultation services. You will receive a call back within three business days (Monday to Friday - 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) to assess your needs and arrange support and/or a referral to an appropriate community partner.

Please see the
Summer Mental Health Services flyer for more information.
