Update #5: Our Lady of Mercy Pupil Accommodation Review

The Our Lady of Mercy and St. Antoine Daniel Catholic school communities are reminded that you may register to be a delegation at the February 8, 2017 Board Meeting. The February 8 Board Meeting will be held at the Catholic Education Centre located at 46 Alliance Boulevard in Barrie and will begin at 7:00 p.m. 

If the location of the meeting in Barrie is a concern to a registered delegate, the Board will make arrangements to provide a virtual opportunity to participate at Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Elementary School (2586 Honey Harbour Road, Honey Harbour). 

The process for registering as a delegation is noted below: 

a. Individuals will be asked to register as a delegation to [email protected] by 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday February 1, 2017; 

b. As part of registering a delegation individuals will be required to provide the title and subject matter to be presented and the name of the spokesperson and who the delegation is on behalf of; 

c. A written copy of the delegate’s presentation is to be provided by 4:30 p.m. on February 3, 2017 to [email protected]; 

d. Each delegation will be limited to 10 minutes which will include 5 minutes for the presentation and 5 minutes for questions of clarification. 

e. Arrangements for virtual participation must be made no later than Monday February 6 by 4:30 p.m. to Belinda Marcellus at: [email protected].
