School-to-Home Communication Information

Beginning in September 2019 our Board will be using a new notification system to help us communicate more effectively and efficiently with families. This new system will enable us to send notifications to parents/ guardians using email, voice mail and text messaging. The notifications received by families could include school updates (ex. monthly newsletter), important board information (ex. summer school registration is open) or emergency notifications (ex. school lockdown).

The success of this system depends upon our board having the most up-to-date "School to Home" contact information on file, which includes a primary email address and cell phone number. To this end, we are asking every family in our board to complete this brief on-line form to ensure that we have the most current information entered into our student information system for the purpose of school to home communication.

In order to complete the form, you will need your child's student number. This number can be found on his/her student email address (ex. If you are unsure of your child's student number, please contact their school. Do not complete the form until you have this information.
